We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Trainee to join our Human Resources team.

Job Purpose

• General administrative responsibilities
• Manage internal communication processes
• Day to day office management
• Ensuring Our People have a positive journey throughout their time at the Sonilo Magh Hotel and that all requests into the HR office are handled in a timely and positive manner.
• A strong emphasis with the on-boarding process is with this role and therefore instrumental to the new employees’ experience giving the time and attention they require to be welcomed to the team
• Supporting the HR department through preparing resources and materials from training, recruitment and employee welfare

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a professional individual, who has the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

You should be confident, articulate and assertive, a strong team player and have a flexible approach. This role is an ideal opportunity to enter into the HR field within Hospitality or a graduate looking for their first HR experience.

Essential Requirements  

• Previous experience within the hospitality industry would be an asset
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
• High level of written and spoken English
